NEW EPA rule effective today April 22, 2010

EPA’s Renovation, Repair, and Painting Final Rule (40 CFR 745) requires that renovations conducted for compensation must be performed by Certified Firms using Certified Renovators.     Failure to comply may lead to penalties up to $32,500 per violation per day and even jail time.   The EPA is serious about this rule and will be enforcing it.  [...]
